Law Office Of I now need a real lawyer to help me with what these so called lawyers have done to me. Why are they not shut down! Why isn't government doing anything! Harassing calls and threats

I can not believe this firm is still in business first of all, second of all I can not believe I fell for everything they told me. These are the most dishonest people I have ever encountered!

My husband and I had been married only a year when my mother and 3 young siblings came to live with us. My mother was going through cancer treatments and was unable to work, so due to the unforseen expenses we incured and her treatments which were all out of pocket, we were unable to make our payments to the IRS ($12'000 debt). We contacted the office of Roni Lynn Deutch. The gentleman took all of our info on our debt, income and so on. He told us that we had negative income and did not have the ability to pay the debt and an offer in comprimise was perfect for us. They said they could settle our debt for "pennys on the dollar", $3,000, a wage garnishment, and a home lien later they have done NOTHING!!! They also assured us the IRS could not garnish our wages or put liens on our banking accounts or home while they represented us, well I'm here to tell you they can and they did!

These people would call harassing my husband and I days before the payment was even due and threaten to drop us and keep all of the money we had paid if we were late. Once they were paid in full it got even worse then I didnt matter at all I couldnt even get a return phone call. When I did express my frustration with a rep because they refused to let me speek with an actual lawyer (which by the way the whole year I never even knew the name of the lawyer handling my case much less have the chance to speek to them) I was told it was my fault I didnt pay my taxes. I was constantly talked down to. One conversation when I was told I couldnt claim my mother and siblings when the IRS asked how many people lived in the home, I asked even thogh my husband and I solely supported them? He said yes because their not your responsability, your first obligation should be to pay your bills. So my comment was so instead of taking care of my family I should let my mother die and my siblings live off of welfare? And he simply says, "I guess whatever you have to due to take care of your obligations". I will say the IRS is scary, but not nearly as scary as Roni Deutch's so called attornys! I am pretty sure I will never see a penny of the $3,000 they took from us, I just hope this will stop one person from making the same mistake as we have. If any one has any information on a class action lawsuit please contact me.
