BUYER BEWARE hassle, run around, charged me for items I didn't recieve, bad C.S. Ripoff

I placed an order through GoCollect.com for over $100.00
for 5 items: a few collectibles as a sympathy gift 4 a child of 4 "snowbunnies" collectibles when her bunnies died & of the "precious moments: musical figurine-You have Touched So Many Hearts-music figurine" as a birthday gift 4 my sister

One of the items was removed 4rm my shopping cart & I was never even told of this until I contacted them about something else so by then it was 2 late 4 that 2 b a gift 4 my sister.

Then 3 of the snowbunnies were shipped in a package that was sent by FedEx & I had a POBOX which FedEx is unable 2 deliver 2 I contacted GoCollect numerous times about this so we could either have it sent through standard mail or 2 give them my home address & all I ever got was the run around no body would ever reply 2 the questions I specifically asked I finally looked up their # online since they had no contact # & no 1 ever answers this # all it is is a messagebox I was finally contacted & told they would send out the items.

The weeks passed & the items still never came when I emailed 2 c what was going on I never got any replies even when I told them just 2 refund me than. I finally had 2 just call my bank & do a "merchant dispute" over being charged 4 items I never recieved nor was refunded 4. Out of the 4 bunnies I ordered I recieved 1 only b-cuz it was a "special request" order that was sent U.S. Postal-service but just only having 1 bunny defeats the whole point of being a sympathy gift 4 a girl that's mourning the death of 2 bunnies.

I'm very upset with them because they don't really get back 2 phone calls (they only returned 1 of my calls) & they would never get back 2 my e-mails 2 let me know what was going on.

I've seen constant negative reviews on the same situation of delayed shipments 2 where it's to late as a present & horrible customer service that never fixes the problems on their end & the list goes on.

CHECK OUT COMPLAINTS UNDER GOCOLLECT & you'll see they have a pattern of ripping people off.

I refuse 2 ever order 4rm them again - life's 2 short.
