Don't order from VSMILESHOP.com

I ordered items from VSMILE SHOP online for my child for christmas so when I recieved the items from VSMILE SHOP I automatically wrapped the items for my child when my child opened the christmas presents my child didn't get to play with them until 12-29-08 and we realized that the Vsmile motion had a short in the cords and so we went to hook up the hand held VSMILE and the one side on the back would not screw in right, it was like it was stripped out or something. So I contacted VSMILE Shop.com and sent them a email on the situation, on 12-30-08 to VSMILESHOP.com returned and the VSMILESHOP.com returned an email on 12-31-08 telling me sorry and were to send the items to be replaced and also what to do. VSMILESHOP.com also said that normally it takes 5 business days to get a replacement. I mailed the items on 1-09-09 with a tracking number. The tracking number shows that the VSMILESHOP.com recieved the items on 1-16-09 and I started trying to contact the VSMILESHOP.com by email and phone aproximately 2-3 weeks after I mailed the items and didn't recieve anything back. And the VSMILESHOP.com have not returned any emails or phone calls.
