Ripoff uncertified billing

Hello,

A collection agency named UniFund sent me a letter dated 02/10 claming that I owed 13708.22 to First USA Bank (Bank one). Yes I owed some amount (way less than they claimed) to Firt USA Bank but it was settled with another collection agency on 02/16.

So that I sent a dispute letter dated on 03/17, and the agency reponed on 03/20 telling me that they would send me the validation of the debt.

However as of today (06/06), I haven't received anything from them. I went there web site and they are still increasing the interest to the orginal amount (now it is close to 15000).

I don't know what to do or what they are doing. They are just increasing the amount without sending me any validation. And my credit is so bad because that huge amount is reported as delingquent. Should I just keep waiting? Is there anything I can do?

I would appreciate any help.
