Ripoff

I cancelled service with Monentum and asked them to make my last day the last day of my billing cycle. The company did this. My billing cycle ended in the middle of a month. I thought that I was completely paid up with this company, but then because my billing cycle was in the middle of a month, I received a bill for taxes and fees but I had no service with them.in calling customer service — I was told because it was in the middle of the month it was company policy to charge all the taxes and fees again. I still do not understand how they can get away with charging taxes and fees for no service???

Every month I was with them I paid my taxes and fees and I don't feel that because it was in the middle of the month they deserve any extra money!!!
