Ripoff, dishonest, terrible developing & customer service

After paying premium pricing for sets of pictures, I would expect premium quality. DO NOT expect it at Ritz Cameras.in fact they flat out lied to me about being able to adjust pictures and then told me once I picked them up they don't do that.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and get your pics developed elsewhere, WALMART develops better pictures and at a tenth of the price. Their customer service guys need a break. They obviously hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. The guy went as far as to tell me I was a bad photographer. I didn't take the pics but that was certainly rude.

They are going to lose big business for not refunding me the bad pics or even offering to redo them.
