I applied for some jobs on careerbuilder.com and thats where Nadine told me that they saw my resume. When I went to the interview, I had to take a civil test before the interview and I was told by the interviewer (Alex &, Director) that I did very good and they were going to help me find a job. When I was paying for the fee, he told me that I can get my money back through my taxes. They gave me an appointment for a few weeks after that and a guy named Fred was basically doing the same thing I was doing at home.

He went on a few websites and showed me what jobs were available, printed out a few papers, fixed my resume, and he told me to go home and apply for the jobs. After that appointment, I had about two more and the same thing happened. Fred told me that I should wait about a month or two so that there could be more available jobs on the website. I called them back after a few months and the number did not work anymore (the fax number too). I send them a letter on December 31 letting them know that I wanted my money back because at the time that they were showing me all those jobs, I didnt qualify for any of the jobs they were suggesting.

We are now in April and I never received a response from them. I went to the office about two weeks ago because I wanted to talk to Alex - in person (since I couldn't reach him any other way) and no one was there. I filed my taxes last month and I have a letter from my fathers' accountant letting me know that Mr. - was not being truthful because I can not deduct the cost for this service unless I have $5,000 of similar expenses. I want my money back because I feel like they lied to me and they were not doing anything different then what I was doing at home.

I still have two receipts of my payment, a copy of the letter that I sent to them, a business card that Alex — gave me at the interview, and the letter that my fathers' accountant wrote. I want to know if you guys can please help me. If not, can you please direct me to someone who can. I also wanted to go over to Governtment Careers for America to see if I can talk to Alex &. Please let me know if this is a good or bad idea. If it is a good idea, please let me know where I can find some information to prove to them that I can get my money back because I read a few things online but I don't know how truthful they are.

My email address is — . Thank you for taking the time to read my email. I will be waiting for a response.
