Circuity at: 9605 Queens Boulevard, Rego Park, NY 11374

I made a purchase back in November (@ the queens Blvd store Rego Park, NY) I purchased one X-box 360 core edition with cash and I was told I could purchase another one if I applied for the credit card and get no interest until 2007. The promotion she told me was if I bought the hard drive edition which was 399.99. Due to the fact the manager lady reassured me that I had no interest until 2007 and I had to pay nothing on the spot it seemed like an amazing deal. That was the only reason I purchased that on the credit card.

Soon after I get my monthly bill but I did not notice until the second one that I am being billed financial charges. I have been going back and forth through phone calls and visiting my local store the Massapequa store on sunrise highway. I have been trying to get this resolved but I still haven't been able to get results. The manager at my local store agrees with me but said he is not able because I didn't purchase it at this store. All I am asking for is to value what I was told: "no interest on that item until 2007".

I will also like to add that my household has spent over 5000 dollars in the last 6months and my family and I are prepared never to do business again with this company because of this issue that has been ongoing. We are very disappointed and very stressed by the all the effort I have put and by the lack of response I have been getting. All I would like is to be able to get the promotion I was told on the item and continue to do business.
