Apex Financial Management ripoff they send you a check saying youve won95,000

My girlfriend was sent a letter stating she won 95,000 dollars. This is not real its fraud. They gave her a check for 2,998.00 to pay tax and clerence fee. This was a counterfeit bank check, looks real on behalf of bank of america. They said she was selected out of 8,000, 000 names by a ballot system.
