HC Processing Center - The Help Card - Dent-A-Med Outrageous collection practice violations ripoff

I was nearly 30 days overdue on my payment, which means the current month's payment was also almost due. I don't dispute that fact.

Despite both a previous verbal and written request, the collections department called my mother again. Not only did they call her, they TWO of our neighbors!

All this for $82.50, which had already been paid online...

I thought it was unethical, if not downright illegal, for someone to contact not only you, but a family member, after a written request had been made. And to call our neighbors and try to pump them for information was just too much.
