After a few leters from them thay cent me asettlement offer of $300 the leter reads Once you pay this settlement offer we will amend your credit ifformation to show this account as settled in full Please take advantge of this offer sincerely RC this was in 2009 now in 2011 i have find out thay charged it off as a bad debt cent a form to the IRS now iam being billed for the taxes is this a lawsuit can eny one tell me
