Ripoff and false claims of winnig money from third-party sponsors

I recieved a letter from these people claiming that after some research I was chosen to recieve a lump sum of over $3,700, 000. I was to send $20 in cash, check, or money order. I have recived nothing of the sort. If any of these people say it's o.K. To send cash, it's a LIE. I get dozens of these things and I just throw them out with the trash.
