Ripoff will not refund money - medical leave

Be careful when buying bulk with LA Weightloss!!! I was on the plan for 5 months. I fell at work and broke my back. They were nice enough to place me on medical leave. However, they did not tell me that they will only give you credit for 12 weeks. I have been stuck at home for almost 7 months. Prior to getting hurt, I had purchased a case of the LA Lites and a case of the SlimDown's. I contacted the center to get refund on the food items and the remaining weeks I had left on the plan, #1- I never received them, #2 - I can't drive to the center, #3 - I can't follow the plan due to my current condition. They responded by telling me that I am not eligible for a refund because they only allow 12 weeks for medical leave and that my weeks have ran out, however, for $ I can sign up for additional weeks~!!! CAN YOU BELEIVE THAT??? To top it all off, my mother-n-law has been to the center on 3 seperate occasions to pick up these items since I am not eligible for the refund, and they tell her that they can not find my file, so therefore, they do not owe me any items!!!

I never saw anything about a medical leave in the contract!!! Is anyone else having a problem like this???
