Ripped off

I ordered an item from this company which did not fit so I returned it with a request to either send me another item (same price) or issue me a refund, neither of which I received.

I tried to phone them at a company with another name (Signatures) which had the same address as theirs but was put on hold for an lengthly amount of time (this was a long distance call from IL to CA and was disconnected. This company has no web-site.

I plan to write them a letter regarding this situation but doubt if it will do any good. Needless to say, I will never give this company any further business. If you have an address for the Better Business Bureau servicing them, I will be more than happy to file a return with them.
