My bill dated 2/12/06 has 1365 minutes for a total of $168.80 from a phone number that is coded as 'unavailable'. I am disputing these charges as they cannot belong to this account. The times that are shown on the bill are the same. Meaning, on a specific day at a specific time there is multiple listing for various minute charges from the 'unavailable' number. There is no way that, for example, on 2/9/06 the following calls happened:

this phone has been cloned and I am not able nor willing to pay for these unauthorized charges.

Can you also explain to me how my son is supposed to be on the phone, same date, same time for 3 "unavailable" calls?

There is something wrong with those calls and I am going to contact the PUC as well as a few other agencies if I cannot get assistance from Verizon. I purchased this plan in Fresno so I could send my son to college with a "supported" phone/system. To date, he has had nothing but problems with the account. He still cannot access his voicemail and approximately 40% of the time that he calls me from Eureka to Fresno he is forced to find a land line to complete the call as there is "limited" service in his area. I was not told any of this at the time of purchase and was actually convinced not to purchase the "Cricket" phone plan for him as I was told Verizon is what he needed... Any and all help you can give is appreciated.

That still doesn't explain how we are being charged for 3 phone calls all made on the same date, same time and all billing for 1 minute each. THAT CANNOT BE PHYSICALLY DONE!!!

I am still waiting for an answer to my first question as to how to file a dispute over these charges as I have no intention of paying them.

I will be persuing "other" assistance from outside sources starting today as I have given your company ample time to respond to my request for dispute information.
Once again, your company has failed another customer by continuing to ignore the customers request for informaiton.

PLEASE ADVISE WHO I NEED TO CONTACT - EITHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMPANY SO I MAY FILE A DISPUTE - and yes I am yelling. Maybe then I might be heard... Can you hear me now?
