Ripoff Vending scam Irving (Dallas) Texas Especially first time buyers with no experience of the vending industry beware

John Sidel owner of North Dallas Vending scam me out of more than $10,000.00 in actual cash. He sold me a vending route for fifty ($. 50) cents on the dollar ($1.00). This means what ever amount the route gross I pay fifty cents for every dollar it gross.

John live in this huge house at 7012 Ebony Court. Plano Texas 75024.
Here is where the business was done.

I cannot give you the whole story here. I would give snap shots, but now he is not returning calls and his assitant Bobby is also not returning calls.

After the first month the whole route only gross half of what he promised. He claimed he had also sold some other routes to other people and he claimed his sales rep. Unknowing to him marked up the gross amount on those routes so he can get a bigger commission. (Liar liar).

I spoke to the sales rep. At a later time and he said "John had wanted money for his sick mother".

Any way he had made mamy many many promises to fullfill his obligation which he did not up to today.

He had given one year warranty on parts and labor, I must say he did live up it.

He promise "for first year, if expected revenues fall less than 90%, North Dallas Vending Company, Inc. Will offset the difference with additional accounts".

I got two make up accounts one that did below o. K but one account was just a waste of time.

After a few months into servicing the route one of the account asked when they are going to get they commission.
He said "I am going to pay the commission as long as you own the account". He stop paying it.

I was calling him at lease once or twice a week for my make up accounts. He find all kinds of excuses for why he do not giving me my make up accounts. Then he would not return my calls he would ask his assistant Bobby to return the calls with some lies.

One time he said his sales rep. Gena was going through family problems so he was not able to get any new accounts. Now he has a new sale person Lori Rucker.

After many phone calls messages, I sent him a letter he did not respone.
Now Bobby is not returning calls either.

Some time into servicing the accounts on the route I realized that some of the equipment in the accounts he sold me are not own by North Dallas Vending (that means the equip. Is not mind) but that is another story.

I have moved on I bought some new accounts from another source and the are reliable as you can.

I can go on and on.
So any one who is going to buy new accounts make sure you get someone who is familar with the business to check it out.

Now I am in the vending business I am meeting quite a few people who was ripped of by John Sidel of North Dallas Vending.
