Ripoff advertises sale on cigarettes 3.09 per pack but rings up 4.95 per pack

I have been to at least 6 am-pm stores in Sacramento and almost all are involved in this scam. They are charging $5.00 extra for 3 packs and most probably don't ever notice... When confronted with it one employee said that's what they ring as, I said isn't that sign wrong then and they say either nothing or one female possibly on something started yelling saying she has nothing to do with it... But still left the signs up...
