Cosmeticsolutions.Biz false price advertising you don't get what you pay for!

The subtitle for the item I was interested in buying was "Fermodyl (Pack of 63) Special extra Vials (Color & Bleached)". The picture showed a pack of 3. So, I deduced that I would get 21 packs totaling 63 vials for around $2.23 a pack. I paid 46.99 plus shipping. When the package arrived, I only received 6 packs in the box. So I ended up paying $7.83 a pack that I could have found much cheaper.

I then called customer service and a man (who I could hardly understand) said the advertising was a mistake and I was only supposed to get 6. He said I could send them back and he would put it back on my credit card. I asked him to send a shipping label and he said no, that he would add shipping to the credit.

But when I looked at the website as I was speaking to him, I noticed this was not an isolated mistake. They had the 63 packs on 5 similar items going for the same price but each just different enough that you could tell it wasn't a computer repeat. I ordered it on 4/13/09. It is now 4/17/09. I find it hard to believe that they never received a complaint before. The last thing I am going to do is risk sending back what I have, and then end up with nothing plus more shipping costs. I will leave it up to you to decide whether you want to use this company but they should have immediately credited me the difference or, sent me the extra vials to honor their advertising.
