Worrisome ripoff

I decided to have a facisimile stamp made for my husband's company. I had him sign his name and then we faxed his credit card number and signature to this company. They replied to the fax within one day. I felt assured that all would be fine.

Then I didn't hear back from them. It's been over two weeks, I've made 3 phone calls, sent 2 emails and 1 fax. They responded to none of the above.

My husband's identity is compromised by my stupidity. Don't do business with this company! The BBB in their county said that they've had numerous complaints... And some were unresolved!
