Endless harassing phone calls, ripoff

Thank heavens for this website! One Call has been calling my business number about 10 times a day for the past several days. As I have a one-person office, all I was getting was part of a recorded message telling me to call 800-276-3220.

Finally, I was here when a call came in, and I picked it up and listened. It stated the company needed my billing address and this was a "serious matter." It urged me to press 0 at the end of the call to be connected to an operator. I decided not to do that until I checked out the company on-line since I had never heard of, nor done business with, One Call Communications.

I don't know what they are going to allege, but I have no long distance service attached to the phone, I use a calling card only. I also am the only one with access to the phone.

From what I have read, I guess the best thing is just not to answer the calls and hope they will stop. It's great being harassed for nothing, huh?
