Is Back In Business ripoff customers and now they are back in business, how can that be?

I already have one report against Imperial Relocation on this website but this one is to let everyone know that this company has been issused another licence in the state of California.

I tried to file a small claims lawsuit from the state I am living in now but this state will not let me do it and says I have to file in California.in order for me to get anything out of this company that ripped me off I have to go back to California to do so. I do not have the money to do any of this because of health reasons so now what do I do?

I called the insurance company that they had and no one answers the phone there either. I did file a claim with their claims department back in June but everyone knows that this company does not pay for their crimes against the people they rip off.

Not only am I out my $1100.00 I paid them at pick up but I am also out my belongings and any means to buy what was lost. Somehow that does not seem fair when it is I that is the victim here. Oh just so whoever reads this knows everything had when I try to replace it will be well over $100,000.00. Both myseof and my daughter had collectables and valuables with that company.

Is there anyone out there that can help me put a stop to this company before they do this again to someone else? Oh yes and another thing there are 22 complaints on the BBB website out of Southern California against this company. That means that there are 21 more from the time I filed my complaint against them and the rating is a F.

If I had the means to close these people down for good I would do so in a heart beat but I don't, so the only thing I can do is post something here in the hopes that some attorney will see this and offer to help.
