Ripoff stealing money

Sprint PCS provided poor service for $40 a month and then demanded I pay $150 to end my contract. I don't feel I should have to pay a dime to cancel as they didn't live up to their terms of the contract. The rep I spoke to on the phone refused to allow me to talk to his supervisor. I think the Attorney General should shut these thieves down at once!
