Real Estate Broker Ripoff commited fraud and deceit to avoid returning investment monies as promised

Mr. Backert lied to get a loan under numerous false claims. At the start he came across as knowledgeable and caring. After many promises that was not fullfill, it became apparent that Vance was a total fake.
He made claims of being an owner of a real estate business in the Antelope Valley area that was found not to be true.

He made false claims of owning 10 homes when in fact He owned nothing. The investment monies was used for expenses to live. He was unable to pay back the loan as promised and never made any effort to tell the truth.
This broker will play the part of being ignorant to the laws of real estate. Vance kept the investment for nearly 5 years and paid no interest whatsoever.
In fact it cost me 1000's to get just the pricipal back, no thanks to the Calif. Real estate commision, that anounce they are unable to help in anyway. The Ca. Real estate board is a disgraced to victims cheated by agents the likes of Mr. Backert.
