Pregnant wife without water for four days, poor customer service, they don't care, refused to keep us posted

We had our shower head leaking water and the faucet head shot off and was spraying high pressure water everywhere. We secured the water to our condo and called First American Home Buyer's. They said a technician will be out Monday (this happenend on a Saturday), we asked if we could get somebody on Sunday and they said their companies do not work on Sundays. We accepted that and waited patiently until Monday.

Come Monday nobody showed up, my wife called to see why and they said we did not have an appointment until Tuesday. We read them the confirmation number to our appointment and they said that number was incorrect. They dispatched a plumber anyways and he was only here for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. He said that the shower cannot be repaired, took pictures, and left. We called First American seeing if they could send somebody else because that plumber was unproffesional in his attitude, was here quick, and refused to explain in detail why he could not repair our shower. They set up an appointment with another company here in Las Vegas and we were told they would be out on Wednesday morning. Again we waited patiently.

Come Wednesday morning we got a call at 7:30A.M. From the plumbers telling us that First American had cancelled our appointment on Tuesday because they would not cover the repairs. We were upset and called them to find out why they did not contact us and why they will not cover the repairs. They would not give us a straight answer, told us both of our confirmation numbers did not exist, and then would not transfer us to a supervisor. We called back and they said they would transfer us, supposedly we were being put on hold but were hung up on.
