Ripoff, fraudulent verifacation for there services via DR. Leonards

I was charged 9.00 from the named co.
Upon contacting them they told me who gave my card # it was DR Leonards mag,
I called them and was told if i double clicked to order i automaticaly agreed. No phone call.
My account is being credited for this i had to cancel and reaply for my credit card.
This is not right.
What is a secure site?
