Try to rip-off 20 dollars

Recieved official looking certificate in "Presorted" first class envelope the first clue it's a scam because they are sending these in bulk. Wanting immediate response clue number 2 this is a scam. Wanting money for a report release fee up front I think if I was helping someone get millions of dollars they would gladly pay me much more than 20 dollars when they recieve thier money. Don't fall for this it is a classic scam. I will send them the envelope back to them filled with paper so they can pay more postage but they won't recieve anything from me but a complaint to whoever I can including the postmaster for
potential mail fraud.
