As usual, an official looking envelope arrived, with first class postage.inside it stated Congratulations Restirictive-Tell nobody! All I had to do was send them $20.00 and they would send me $3,341, 006.00! In the enclosed self addressed stamped envelope. 20 dollars is not much to get over 3 million, too bad all that would happen is for them to get 20 dollars.
