Ripoff took my money but did not do any of the work and won't return calls

This Attorney accepted a $1000.00 ret. To handle my mother's estate after she passed away. After a month I had not heard from him. He did not return my phone calls, multiple e-mails or registered letter. He is still around because he posted a blog on LawGuru.com on 3-4-06. So my only conclusion is he stole my money.
I have contacted him by registered letter and he still has not even bothered to call me. I have initiated a paypal investigation for non - service. No response from him...

Be very careful - do not give this man any money - Shame on him, stealing from someone who does not have it to lose and who just lost their mother...
