Intimidating, promise to harrass, alaska village customer Ripoff

On March 26, I received a call from "Justin" asking if I was going to pay my Dish Network bill. I told him I wasn't sure and before I explained why he became aggressive and demanded in an intimidating voice that he "needs an answer and that he's not gonna hang up until he gets an answer!", and that he's "not going to stop calling until I pay up". He was very intimidating and aggressive! I swear he was like a mob boss out to get someone that owes him! Any way, I told him that I will pay up the next week with a money order, I clearly said "money order". Then Justin goes, very strongly, "Well, grab your check book-we'll do this over the phone!" He was very demanding! I told him I was writing down what he was saying, then he told me he was wasting his time and hung up! Now I get calls everyday from Dish Network-even when I told them that I will pay with a money order soon, they are harrassing and intimidating me!
