Employee treatment ripoff

The owner Steve Ferrozzo does not know how to treat people I went into ask about the early shift and the next thing I get fired. Then I go back to my desk and I get called back in and he says he will pay me for the next two weeks if I give him a letter saying I am leaving now. So when I was trying to draw unemployeement he try's to use the letter against me and it did work for two weeks. But then I won and got my money and then he does not pay me for my vacation which was 32 hours. Steve is very mean person and I can't beleive his customer's can't see through him.
