What a ripoff! Charge you never send product

Ordered from doxy on 2/7, charged credit card never heard anything else for about 3 weeks emailed them several times finally got a response received 1/2 the order about a week later still waiting on the rest won't return the numerous emails I have sent. Thought by telling her last week that I was going to contact credit card company I would get response, still nothing! I will be contacting my credit card company now.
