NCRC - not as friendly, honest or helpful as they first appear - Buyer Beware!

I cancelled my contract w / NCRC back in January due to a breach of contract - on their part - by not paying my creditors on time... Not the first time this happened with them.

This occured more than once and I was sick of having to babysit their monthly activity in my checking account so as to make sure they would take the funds out and disburse to my creditors.

When I cancelled my contract they were holding a $566 deposit and have yet to refund it to me. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks for a decision to be rendered about the refund... I have written to them, emailed them and called them many, many times - all with NO RESPONSE.

I noticed on the SouthWest Florida BBB that NCRC has an "unsatisfactory" report and they have been sited for non-respnosiveness with regard to other client complaints in the past.

I have submitted a formal complaint on NCRC to the BBB but that is not doing much good at this point. I involved an attorney and NCRC claims to have never received the letter that the attorney wrote to them requesting my refund due to the breach of contract by way of their late payment (s) to my creditors.

It has been over FOUR MONTHS since I cancelled my NCRC contract and they have not contacted me once to tell me the status of my request for the refund of my $566 deposit.

Today I called for myself and was told that the file was "complicated" and the manager was not available for me to speak to. When I asked for his voice mail I was told that his voice mail was "not hooked up today to receive messages".

What a bunch of crap this is. CAN YOU HELP? What advice can you give me? Has anyone else out there had a resolution w / NCRC where it concerns the refund of a deposit???
