Euro finance and security company i got the same letter in the mail with everything the same. I would like to know how come these phone numbers are not being followed or traced to see who is behind all these scams. Madrid

I got the same letter as all the other people. With the same numbers. I was suppose to contact an mr. Francisco andaluz at 01134654961308, fax number 01134656443462 so i did and them he wanted me to send in 1400.00 western union, so i told hime get it from my winnings and he said that he couln'd because it was frozed in an account and that he needed that money to release the money to my bank account. So i played along with his game and asked him, who do i send the money to, so he said mr james feblix. He also did sound like he was haitan. So i told him to send my winnings by mail in a certified return receipt that i was not giving out any information that he already had my name and address and that is all he needed. So i never heared from him again. Something has got to get done with these scam artist.
They need to trace these phone numbers and see who is behind this.
