Ripoff lottery winnings asking to send money

Recieved a letter saying that I was a winner of an international lottery and had been guaranteed a fung of $815,950.00. Ticket number 025-11-464-992-750, that the lotter numbers that I had drawn were 13-15-16-21-34-36. I was supposed to contact Dr. Paul Miller the Foreign Service manager of Pacific Security Services Company S.A. On Tel: 011 34 653 075 135 Fax: 0 11 34 648 119 707. Thank you that I saw your web site first and saw a log on here of someone that had the same winning numbers. Thanks that I didnt send them any money.
