Ripoff Made Unautherized Debit Charges On Furniture That Had Been Returned To The Store TWO MONTHS EARLIER!

Last year, while renting a house in Vallejo we rented a bed from Aaron's Rentals on Sonoma Blvd.in Vallejo. We were there on a short term job, which ended nearly two months early.

So we actually had the bed only three months. Arron's return policy requires that you keep the merchandise four months or make the fourth payment before returning.
We were to leave Ca. At the end of Sept. So I made my regular payment of $77.90 on the 15th. And went back on the 28th to make the fourth payment and arrange to have the bed picked up on the 29th.

Well, they came as planned on the 29th, loaded up the bed and took it back to the store. My husband asked for a receipt but did not receive one. They told him that they already had it on file at the store.

We left Ca. On Oct. 1 to return to our home in AL. Where we have been since Oct.in Dec. My husband discovered that Aaron's had charged our debit card for two payments of $88.90.

He called the store and after a good bit of run around was finally able to speak to the regional manager. He was told that the store manager had been fired and hinted that it was for "cooking the books". He told my husband he was investigating and would be in touch.
We never heard from him and my husband has still not been able to reach him again. We filed dispute charges with our bank and still aren't getting anywhere.
My husband called Arron's again yesterday and still doesn't get any responce. He asked for a number to reach the regional manager and was refused. Even after informing them of the dispute and possible charges.
So, after all the run around, and the mess made of our account, 5 months after leaving Ca. We're still out the money plus overdraft charges from our bank.
