Ripoff, fraudulent billing, totally without any authorization of any kind

I fell for the 'Night Time Fat Burner', only when I e-mailed them asking the price of the product, I recieved no reply. When a shipment arrived, I knew I would end up stuck with it but, I called immediately and said I was not interested in recieving any future shipments. The man cancelled my name from the datbase and that was the end of the apple cider vinegar pills. (over $46)

Then however, this $24 charge keeps appearing on my statement, I try to call the # and a female voice says if you have reached this recording then all representatives are busy and to try your call again later. No way to leave a message, so I (living in Calif) call the next morning at 6am, and again at 7am, 7:30,8am, 9ish, and again at 10, and 10:30. Nothing but the unhelpful recording each time.

So I call random times on all different days, I of course, contact my credit card, of course they said they would investigate, 4 mos. Later, I have to cancel a CC (Visa) I've had for 10 years to get these people from ripping me off any longer.

I cancelled the pills, and figured I'd eat the charges on that one, (my being stupid enough to have ordered them in the first place) but, these $24 charges are just out and out a total rip-off and if there is any way to stop THIEVES like them, I'd like to know how I can help.
