Unauthorized credit card charges after filing with bbb

This is a continuation of the report I filed here 02/03/06.
I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
On February 17, a representative from Dish Network called and stated they had charged my credit card account 140.00 and as a courtesy would remove the charges. I said they shouldn't have done that and she said it would be removed.
Then several days later I receive a letter from the same rep stating that as a courtesy the charges would be removed... They still insist this is a courtesy as that the contract was a two year contract. I send a letter to the representative stating that I have documentation too and that my notes are just as valid as theirs and it was a one year contract and it was not a courtesy to refund what they shouldn't have taken in the first place.
Why these people refuse to admit to an error is beyond me.
Today, I receive a bill from Dish Network and the day they refunded that charge they take an additional 600.00 from the account... For equipment that UPS picked up last week...
So now I have to contact Dish once again, the BBB, and my credit card company... These people are brutal...
With all the complaints that have been filed... Can't we file a Class Auction Lawsuit... I'm not sue happy, but these people need to be stopped!!!
