Ripoff! Non-communiating, fraudulent, ignores emails, never sent item, took money and ran

I ordered the Arctic White Teeth Whitening Kit from healthproductsusa.net on February 13. I paid $73.91 to them through Pay Pal.

I never received any type of order confirmation from them and I have not received my item yet. I even paid extra for Priority Mail shipping. I have proof I paid on my Pay Pal transaction. The $73.91 was deducted from my Pay Pal account the day I made the purchase.

I waited about a week for my item to arrive. I have since then been writing to the company web form and email addresses to check the status of my order. I have not received one reply from this company about my order. I have written them many times.

I have also tried calling them every single day including weekends and nights and no one ever answers the phone. I always get a recording telling me to contact them through email (which I have done numerous times). I have even left messages on their answering machine.

The company WILL NOT contact me no matter which way I try to contact them. I have even used different email addresses from which I sent them my concerns. I did this just in case my hotmail email address was being sent to their junk mail folder.

I have done all I know to do. When a company leaves their customers wondering and ignores them what else can the customers do? My last resort is to report this company as a rip off.
