Fraudulently obtained my $3000.00 under false pretext that he was a licensed attoney Ripoff

In June I met Max Antoine who indicated to me that he was an expert attorney on immigration law. I paid him a retained fee of $3000.00 for him to represent me on my immigration situation. After about 3 months I started having questions about his professional standind because of the way he would mistreat and basically be rude to clients. He would broadcast clients' personal information as well as their case on email to dozens of other clients. So myself and a few other clients we decided to do further background search on him. We found out he was not a licensed attorney in the first place. He actually had been under investigation by the office of unauthorized practice of law in the state of NJ - (609) 292-0694 that he is practicing law illegally. This office indicated to us that he is not licensed to practice law anywhere in the United States. This guy has been coning thousands and thousands of people and most people really dont know where to get help.

Whenever anyone starts asking him questions about the fact that their cases are not going anywhere and that whats going on. He would start acusing them of being terrorits, members of Al Qaeda, and would threaten them with deportations and thats how a lot of people have been silenced by this coneman. When I confronted him with the fact that he was not a bona fide lawyer as he had been claiming for so long and to so many people and taking people's money on that basis, he broadcast a letter on email that I was a terrorist and member of Al Qaeda. Just wild hallucinations but I told him he is not going to stop me because I am right. We are desperately searching for a way of to stop this guy and to ensure that justice is done. We have contacted a number of authorities and it seems the Bloomfield Police Department which was asked to arrest this guy has just resorted to sitting on the case. There is a suspicion that he - Max Antoine - might be using some of his loot to pay some people in that department for them to sit on the case
