I called this company Nov 1st 2005 to schedule my vehicle to be shipped from Newport, RI to Oxnard, CA. I really wish I knew about this site before I called them. They took my credit card info over the phone and sure enough charged it before I even signed an agreement with them.

They charged the full amount of transport which was $1020.00 when they said it would be $400 being charged. The vehicle was scheduled to ship on or about November 15th.

The date came and left. I called to find out an estimated time. They told me the driver is RUNNING BEHIND. He would be there this weekend.

The weekend came and left. Not transporter. I call again and they said he would call 24hrs before arriving. Okay... So I waited and finally something told me to read my contract again to see if there was a way to get a full refund.

I had to wait 14 business days. Cool I waited until 12/8 to call and request a refund. They told me I had to fax it in writing so I did. Well I call and they tell me it takes 2 weeks and the credit department isn't in everyday. I waited 2 weeks and the credit dept was off for the holidays. Understandable.

I called Jan 9th to find out what was going on and they said the credit department wasn't in. Well after a few more attempts I finally asked if there was even a credit department. Of course she says yes.

THEY are very RUDE... They had the nerve to tell me that the credit department closes at 4pm and after I hung up with them and looked at the clock and it was only 3:38pm EST. We were in the same time zone. Finally I called a lawyer and they told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I did and they put the money back on the card and this was just 2 weeks ago. I wish there was a way to get them shut down 4 good. I hate them!!!
