Ripoff This company does not care for there employees or there customers

I was a highly professional security officer working with calwest security. I was a supervisor and a driver. I did 150% of my job taking care of clients and other employees. When I was hired with calwest I was told by the owner - Michael Moss that this was a family ordinate company and we care for only our employees. We speek only the truth. I told Mr. Moss all that was going on with the company and he didn't even care for the other employees. When he trained me he didn't even know how to get to any of his sites. When I told him the reason why I was going to quit. He bow-up and tried to find something to yell about at me. Then I gave him my time sheet and he said, "" I am not going to pay you for that last two weeks if you quit this company. This company should not get away from not paying there employees for working. This is not right. If you are looking for a job and you see Calwest Security, Dont work for them. They will not pay you to work for them. They lie. And they dont care for thier employees or thier clients. I wish some one could help me get my paycheak.
