TLG TRAVLADV - TLG SHOPPER ripoff — 9.99 monthly charges

I have just discovered that for at least a year, $9.99 charges for TLG*SHOPPER and TLG*TRVLADV have been appearing on my bill ($19.98 total). I did not authorize these charges and no services (other than a hard lesson) are being provided.

I have not yet attempted to stop the billing or get a refund, but will report the results of my efforts on this site.
