Ripoff never repaired furniture during warranty

We bought 3500.00 worth of furniture from Badcock and we were happy with what we had until they brought it to us the bed fell apart because they put it on backwards, the dresser my little girl had fell on her because they did not put it together right she was 2 at the time, and my sons bunk bed was messed from day one. It had burn marks, tears in the wood, and they left screws hanging our of the ladder he used to climb on the top bunk. We right away called and they came out only to tell us they would return, which they never did after two years now they still have not repaired or fixed anything. Even when it was under warranty they never would come to repair the funiture
