Ripoff dating service, if you can't sample don't buy

Yep more of the same, as a naive recent college grad living with the folks at the time in suburbia tough to meet the females.

So what pops in the mail but a letter to "our single friend".

So you go in, they interview you and do photos, its all pretty gay, and I make 2 mistakes the 1st is "I ask can I see the library of people you have to sample?" Wouldn't buy a car w/o a test drive right? So they say no and thats 1 red flag.

Then in the salesroom get the full press and told to sign there "while we have our introductory offer that will increase if you don't sign tonight". 2nd red flag. So under pressure I do and get relieved of $1400. My dad had mentioned before I left "if they tell you you have to sign up right then, don't". Well I heard him laughing in my mind's eye when I saw the actual women there, mostly in their 30-40's. What young girl is going to afford what they charge?

So anyways needless to say it went bad, I live in northern NJ and did have a date with a girl in STATEN ISLAND! People complain about the online sites, folks you are gettin off cheap there, but I guess if that's the worst ripoff I get its not too bad.
