The company failed to deliver the balance of the household items shipped after three attempts (Nov 11, Nov 19 and Jan 20). On the second attempt the Driver indicated that he was stepping outside to contact his supervisor and drove away.

It took several phone calls and e-mails and threat of a complaint to get the third delivery. The carrier has failed to deliver the inventory and assemble furniture.

In addition to the missing items several pieces of furniture and household goods were damaged due to improper packing and handling. During the pick-up and delivery (s) the driver and workers complained of being tired and overworked.

On November 12 two workers were observed administering to one another an unlabeled clear liquid from an amber medicine bottle with a medicine dropper. After that point several pieces of furniture were mishandled. For example an appliance dolly carrying the washing machine was rammed into the door frame.

Subsequently, the washer failed to properly operate. The driver that drove away on Nov 19th eventually returned after several calls were placed to his dispatcher. The driver initially arrived at my house at 07:30 and indicated that he could not complete my job because he was not qualified to assemble the pool table and grandfather clock.

I asked him to contact his supervisor and request assistance. At that time he indicated that he had a second delivery in Nashville. When the driver stepped out to purportedly call his supervisor he drove away. The driver returned approximately 16:30 to attempt to complete installation of a pool table and once again left before the job was completed at approximately 20:00.

I filed an online complaint with the referral service that identified AAA Van Lines and received a call from Eddie. At this time he was upset that I filed a complaint and he indicated that he had my additional belongings but might not be able to deliver them for at least two months.
