Dishonest fraudulent unskilled unethical terrible services ripoff

That is all they have going for themselves, is their FALSE mail advertisements. Their workmanship in unreliable, incompetent, and a complete joke to consumers.By the end of their service that WILL take up to 5 months to complete because of their repetitive no-shows by the installers, you will feel robbed because of the horrible quality and service they provide. It is disgusting to read comsumers complaints on how they continue to provide poor unethical disappointing services that have become a consistent pattern for years.

Same scenario over and over. Failure to comply with their word, and consistent failure to meet their deadlines as stated on contract and utter failure to satisfy their customers. We singed the contract to have our small hallway closet done within 4 hours or 1 day of work in mid October.

After numerous calls to their Director of Installion dept (626) 638-3154 ext 1305 and to their District Mngr ext #1373, I had to humilate myself and beg for their services to be completed soon because our holidays were ruined because of this. I also lost money in paying someone to be at our home each time they would set a resheduled appointment, then around between 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm on the day of the appointment, we would get a call from their appointment center rescheduling again saying the installers are behind.

How we got them to finish the job entirely late January? My husband bribed the installers by telling them that he would give them cash if they would complete the job that day. He immediately saw a difference in their performance and willingness to complete the job.

It's appalling to see that these are the measures you have to take to get Closet World to finish their services.

Then after you think the nightmare is over, their collection department sends threatening calls and letters to your home saying that collection action will be made against the consumer if the final payment due is not paid by 30 days after the completion of their pathetic services.

What a slap!!!
