Ripoff dishonest fraudulent. Worst day of my life

I sent a resume to a this company for the position of creative manager. It required a college degree and manager experience.

I received an e-mail to call and set up an interview. I called and set up a day and time. I took off work and drove 2 and a half hours.

I went to the first interview where they talked to me like i would be managing people in an advertising company. They told me they would call back if they picked me for a second interview which would be the next day.

So I went to my grandmother's house (thank god she lives in Atlana) and waited. I got a call that told me to dress professional and I would shadow someone from 11:00 until 8:00. Long day for a second interview?
YOU HAVE NO IDEA! I arrived at the office and met the person who i would "shadow". As we left, she told me we would be outside and i may need a coat. I thought this was odd, but whatever.

We got to "our ride" and took off. Nobody told us where we were going. They just kept talking and asking questions trying to divert our attention.

Before I knew it I was in a "not so good" neighborhood and they stopped the car. The lady training me got out, so i did too.

To my suprise, the plan was to leave us there. Just me and another girl in the middle of who knows where with no car. Then i learned we were going door to door.
i was stuck. I mean stuck for 9 hours going door to door, in a suit and dress shoes. Throughout the day and conversation I realized this was an elaborate pyramid scam.

Worst day of my life. Then when it was obvious to all this was not something I was going to do, I was talked to like I wansn't serious about my career and somehow I was the crazy one.

It was not a safe experience.
Avoid this company at all cost. Especially if you are a girl and don't feel safe in bad neighborhoods with no transportation.
