Blackstone Calling Card ripoff misleading expiration date on caling card - rude customer service Miami

On 10/20/05 i bought a calling card for $20 in a local gas station, the automated machine that belongs to Blackstone Calling Card, Inc. On the printed calling card it says: Expiration/Expira: 10/20/06

Today 02/16/06 i tried to use this card and i was shocked to find out that my card is expired, i called up there customer service at, and i find out that my card expired after 3 months of the first use.

I explained to them that i never knew that, because the misleading information on the calling card saying Expiration date is 10/20/06, so that rude girl answered: you had to read the terms and conditions on our website... The card expires after 3 months of first use.

I don't understand how am i supposed to know the terms and conditions located on a website, when the terms are not clearly written anywhere during the checkout process on the automated calling card machines?

When i tried to talk to a supervisor all day long he was all the time in meetings or elsewhere, no where to be reached.

Beware of this company.
