Lean LIfe PM is an on-line website that offers free trials but asks for credit card information up front for easier payments if you select to continue with the purchase. I received a free sample of the product and to my surprise a debit to my account for $99.90. I immediately tried to contact the company to inform them that I was not interested in a continuous supply of the product and to cancel any future orders. The phone number: 909-930-3087 appears to be a fraudulent number. You are responded to by a voice mail that promises to call you back if you leave a number and a brief message. I left the message that I would like the subsequent orders cancelled. I never heard back from anyone and therefore assumed all was well.

But this company continues to debit my account monthly without authorization to do so. I attempted once again to contact them by phone, same recorded message, and via email about the situation. I can not understand why no one responses. I can only assume that the company is in the business of stealing money. My bank has placed a dispute on the last two payments and advised me to cancel my debit/credit card.

I did this as a result to stop this company from enjoying my funds. When cancelling the debit/credit card it is not necessary to change your account number. If anyone has utilized their debit/credit card for this purchase please advise your bank to do the same. Any other subsequent cards you have for other family members is not effected by this.

Someone needs to do something about Lean Life PM. It discourages people to shop via internet. I have never experienced this situation before and have relied on the internet for many different resources including shopping.
