Ripoff fradulent rebates they are offering Niagara Falls, White Plains New York

I purchased 2 liberty LG phones. One for my daughter and one for myself... I was offered $100 rebate per phone. It only took them a total of a moments notice to take the money out of my bank for these phones. Which equals $200... This was back in July. So I sent them in after I got my phoen and waited and waited for hte rebate, and got NOTHING... So I called them again and they say they never received it... So I asked the woman on the other end of the phone for a fax #, and she gives me the fax # 818-919-7692. SO i fax it and she confirms she got it... SO I wait again and agian for a couple of months. I then call them back, this time it is processing, so I say ok and hang up. Then weeks pass and I hear nothing so I call again and its still processing. SO in November I move to another state, and I call them and tell them my new address. They say it was sent to 776 E. Midland and I liveed at 226 E. Midland. Someone on the other end inout the wrong address in the computer. So then I tell them I moved and i need them sent to the right address, and I give them my new address... Which they say throws it off for another 6-8 weeks. I am fuming at this point! SO since November I have called them numerous times and come to find out, they ended up putting I get 3 refunds (this is in January) instead of 2 in their computer, I tell them NO I only get 2... WEll then I find out that one refunds address was changed to my new address but not the second one, and that the first one is still in processing (keep in mind this has been going on since JULY)... So everytime I call it is always told to me its in processing. I mean come on now. It has been well over 6 months. And still no rebate. Oh and in the process they have lost one rebate, now I am down to only getting one rebate. GRRRRR I told them they shouldnt offer rebates if they cant stand behind them... Each time I call it is a always something different as to what happened to the second rebate. Now it is mid February adn still nothign. Just that it is processing... I urge anyone who is wanting too use this company think twice, they dont stand behind anything they promise. Funny how it only took moments to take money from me, but it takes over 7 months in procassing to get a paper check back...
